How does the Visa Gift Card work?
A Visa Gift Card can be used wherever Visa debit cards are accepted. To use
the card at a point-of-sale terminal, simply select "credit" and sign the receipt.
A Visa Gift Card does not have a PIN, therefore, selecting "debit" will cause
the card to be declined. Each time the Visa Gift Card is used, the purchase
amount is deducted from the available balance until that balance reaches zero.
Once the entire card amount has been spent, it can no longer be used as a method
of payment. It can be kept as a keepsake or discarded.

How much does the Visa Gift Card cost?
The Visa Gift Card costs $5.95. This is the Enrollment Fee, which includes
the card design, embossing a name and message on the card and shipping.

How long does it take for my Visa Gift Card to be shipped?
Your unique, one-of-a-kind Visa Gift Card will generally be printed and mailed
within 48 hours. How long your order takes to arrive at the destination depends
on the shipping method you select:
- Standard Shipping – You should receive your card(s) within 11 to 13 business
days.
- Expedited Shipping ($24.95 extra) – You should receive your card(s) within
2 to 4 business days.
If you uploaded your own image, please allow an additional 2 to 3 business
days for your image to be approved.

conduct may be used.
No religious, bigoted, racist, or overtly political statements or images may

Yes, you can select from one of several messages to have embossed on the Visa
Gift Card, or you can choose to have no message.

What kind of packaging is the Visa Gift Card mailed in?
The Visa Gift Card is mailed in a standard letter package. You can select from
five different themed carriers to send your gift card in. This is offered at
check out.

Is the Visa Gift Card sent to me or to the recipient?
You can send the card directly to the recipient or to yourself so that you
can give the gift in person. If you purchase more than five cards on one order
or have a single card with a value of more than $100, the card(s) will be mailed
to the purchaser’s billing address.

Can I use my Visa Gift Card at gas stations, restaurants, online or over
the phone?
Yes, however you should be aware your Visa Gift Card may not be accepted at
automated gas pumps. You can pay for your gas purchase with the station attendant
rather than swiping your Visa Gift Card at the pump.
Some merchants like hotels, restaurants and mail-order companies factor in
an automatic tip or additional expenses when using gift cards. These merchants
may require that the card have an available balance greater than the purchase
amount to ensure sufficient funds for tips or incidental expenses. Should this
occur, inform the cashier that you wish to deduct a specific amount from the
Visa Gift Card and use another form of payment for the balance or tip.
Cardholders can use the Visa Gift Card for online or phone purchases, but will
need to be sure the name, address, and phone number on the Visa Gift Card account
information is exactly the same as the information given to the merchant. If
the information is different, the purchase could be declined. You can check

What if the Visa Gift Card expires before the card value is spent?
We encourage cardholders to use the entire gift amount before the Visa Gift
Card expires. Any remaining balance can be returned to you, if requested. Funds
are distributed by check within 10 to 12 weeks, less a Card Account Closure
Fee deducted from the card balance. The Card Account Closure Fee amount is
disclosed on the back of the Visa Gift Card, as well as in the Cardholder Agreement provided with the Visa Gift Card.

How do I know what the balance is on my Visa Gift Card?
It's easy to keep track of what's left on the Visa Gift Card. Enroll the Visa
Gift Card online at www.GiftCardLab.com
to view your balance or call Customer Service 24-hours a day using the phone
number found on the back of the Visa Gift Card. A merchant will not be able
to tell you how much money you have remaining on the Visa Gift Card. Knowing
your balance before shopping will help assure that the Visa Gift Card has enough
funds available to pay for your purchases.

Can I make a purchase for more than the amount remaining on my Visa Gift
Card?
To make a purchase for more than the amount remaining on your Visa Gift Card,
you will need to know the remaining balance on the card and pay the difference
with cash, check, credit card or debit card. Some merchants may require that
the Visa Gift Card have an available balance greater than the purchase amount
to ensure sufficient funds for tips or incidental expenses. You will need to
consider this when attempting to use a Visa Gift Card.

What should I do if my Visa Gift Card is lost or stolen?
If your card is lost or stolen, call our Customer Service Center at 1-888-799-0028
as soon as possible so that the card can be canceled and replaced. As long
as the lost or stolen Visa Gift Card is reported immediately, the recipient
may not be responsible for any unauthorized charges. After the Visa Gift Card
is canceled, we will send a replacement card with the remaining balance, minus
a Replacement Card Fee that will be deducted from the card balance. Please
refer to the Cardholder Agreement
provided with your Visa Gift Card for additional information.

What is your cancellation or refund policy?
Once your order is placed, you cannot make any changes. If for some reason
you need to cancel your order, we will refund your money as long as the full
value remains on the gift card. A Card Account Liquidation Fee of $15.00 per
card will be removed from the card balance. The $5.95 Enrollment Fee is non-refundable.

How do I activate my card?
The card comes with a Customer ID on the back, unique to each card. Please have this ID
and the 16-digit card number and go to www.GiftCardLab.com
and select "Activate Card". You can also call us at 1-888-799-0028 to activate your card.
We require the Customer ID and the 16-digit card number.

How do I activate multiple cards in a bulk order?
Before the gift cards can be used, they must be activated. There are two options
for activating the cards:
Let Your Recipient Activate the Cards (Highly Recommended)
Each card recipient can activate the card themselves with the information provided
in the carrier attached to the card. Make sure you offer your recipients both
the gift card and the carrier. They need know the last 4-digits of the
Customer ID on the back of the card (the Activation Code). They will not
be able to activate the card without this information.
- Once the card is activated, the recipient is then offered the opportunity to
enter their own address. This is a critical step if the card will be used for
online purchases as in many cases the online store asks for a 'billing address'.

This option allows the recipient to check the card balance online at any time.
Activate Entire Order (Supported for Orders of 20 Cards or More)
As the Authorized Purchaser, you can activate all the cards at one time by contacting us. Just email Corporate@GiftCardLab.com
and request this service. We may require additional information and will reiterate
the limitations of this process when your request is received. Once the cards
are activated, we will send you an email confirmation. Please allow 24 hours
to complete this service. This is only recommended in cases where the user
can be instructed to only use the card in person (not on a website).
- This option means that your address and phone number (address all cards were
shipped) will be associated with the card. This means that the recipient will
not be able to make online purchases as in many cases the online store asks
for a 'billing address'.
