Ordering Cards with a Corporate Logo – Want to have your company
logo or trademark on the card? Small and medium sized businesses can order
a limited number of branded cards. We just need your permission to reproduce
the logo.
Please send us your request on your company letterhead with the following information:
- A release statement affirming you are granting
CardLab, Inc. the right to reproduce your logo
- An image of your logo or card design you wish
to submit
- The number of cards you plan to order and the
total gift value, i.e., 20 cards @ $25 each = $500
- The purpose for the card, i.e., incentive for
employees, a gift to customers or other purpose (please explain)
- A description of any marketing plans for the
gift or offering
- Any plans to offer the card as an incentive
or bonus with a purchase of other goods and services

as a scanned document in PDF or DOC format that is less than 5 MB. We will
review your request and respond to you within 3 business days. Once your image
is approved*, you will have 2 business days to place your order on GiftCardLab.com.

Using a Corporate Card for Purchase – We gladly accept corporate
cards for purchase. For larger purchases, you may need to provide additional
information about the company when you place your order. This information allows
us to quickly review and process your order.
To process your order quickly and efficiently, GiftCardLab will automatically
package it into a single delivery ("bulk") when it meets one or more of the
following conditions:
- Your order is for more than five cards
- Your order is for more than $250
In either case, your order will be mailed to the billing address associated
with the credit card used for the purchase.
*We reserve the right to deny any request for any reason, including, the letter
does not contain the information requested, the order exceeds our limits for
these kinds of transactions or it is deemed that your use of the cards requires
additional validation or a more formal contractual relationship.
