Does there have to be a recipient name on the card? Can I have my company name there instead?
There does not have to be a recipient name on the card, and it cannot be left blank. You can choose to have your company name or a generic message on the card instead.

Yes, the cards can be used outside of the US but cannot be purchased from or shipped outside of the US.

How do I activate the cards?
You can activate each of the cards online yourself. The card comes with a Customer ID on the back, unique to each card. Please have this ID and the 16-digit card number and go to www.GiftCardLab.com and select "Activate Card". You can also call us at 1-888-799-0028 to activate your card. We require the Customer ID and the 16-digit card number.

Will I be able to preview my card before I place my order?
Yes. You will upload your card image to our designer then crop and zoom so that it looks exactly how you want. You will see the actual card design before you submit your order.

Where are the cards shipped?
All corporate orders are shipped directly to the purchaser, using the address associated with the credit card used to place the order.

How long does it take for my Visa Gift Cards to be shipped?
Your custom logo cards will generally be approved within 1 to 2 business days. We then print your custom order and ship your cards within 48 hours. How long your order takes to arrive depends on the shipping method you select:

• Standard Shipping – You should receive your cards within 10 business days
• Expedited Shipping ($24.95 extra) – You should receive your cards within 3 to 4 business days

How do I order more cards using the same logo as before?
Just go to My Account and you will see your card designs from previous orders. Select the design you want to use and place your order. There’s no need to submit a new request.

What orders qualify for bulk shipping?
Any order for more than five cards or greater than $250 will be shipped bulk.

What does bulk shipping mean?
For qualifying orders, we ship all your cards together in one envelope. We do this to ensure your cards are not separated in the mail and so they all arrive at the same time.

How do I activate multiple cards in a bulk order?
Before the gift cards can be used, they must be activated. There are two options for activating the cards:

Let Your Recipient Activate the Cards (Highly Recommended)
Each card recipient can activate the card themselves with the information provided in the carrier attached to the card. Make sure you offer your recipients both the gift card and the carrier. They need know the last 4-digits of the Customer ID on the back of the card (the Activation Code). They will not be able to activate the card without this information.
We will provide a helpful ‘hint’ to the user about this Activation Code on the card carrier by providing the first 6 digits of the phone number associated with the card. The phone number on the carrier is the one the Purchaser used when setting up the Shipping Address.

• Once the card is activated, the recipient is then offered the opportunity to enter their own address. This is a critical step if the card will be used for online purchases as in many cases the online store asks for a 'billing address'.
• This option allows the recipient to check the card balance online at any time.

Activate Entire Order (Supported for Orders of 20 Cards or More)
As the Authorized Purchaser, you can activate all the cards at one time by contacting us. Just email Corporate@GiftCardLab.com and request this service. We may require additional information and will reiterate the limitations of this process when your request is received. Once the cards are activated, we will send you an email confirmation. Please allow 24 hours to complete this service. This is only recommended in cases where the user can be instructed to only use the card in person (not on a website).

• This option means that your address and phone number (address all cards were shipped) will be associated with the card. This means that the recipient will not be able to make online purchases as in many cases the online store asks for a 'billing address'.
