How much does it cost to have a corporate logo on the card?
There is no additional fee for the corporate program, just a standard fee of $5.95 per card. No enrollment, setup or transactions fees. No minimum order required.

Can I have an email address, address, phone number, or URL or Tag Line on a custom corporate card?
No, this is not allowed by Visa

How do I create a corporate customized card design?
Simply create an account and either upload your image or select an image from our gallery to get started. Our client relations team will work with you and provide any additional instructions you need to get started . If you would like for your logo to be merged with one of our gallery images, please email a high resolution version of your logo to: Corporate@CardLabInc.com and provide the gallery image Product SKU # located to the right of the image. There is no additional charge for this service.

What forms of payment do you accept for Visa Gift Card orders?
We accept Visa® and MasterCard® credit or debit cards. We also allow Wire Transfers, ACH Credit and Company Checks.

NOTE:

  • If your credit/debit cards billing address is associated with a PO Box, please contact us at 214-618-7038 or 866-293-4129 for assistance.
  • If paying by Wire Transfer, ACH Credit or Company Check, payment instructions and the final order total will be sent via an automated email upon order review and approval by our Issuing Bank.

What values can the Visa Gift Card be purchased in?
You may purchase a Visa Gift Card with a value of as little as $5 and up to $2,500. Card Values exceeding $250 are required to be paid for by Wire Transfer, ACH Credit or Company Check.

Does there have to be a recipient name on the card? Can I have my company name there instead?
The name on card section cannot be left blank; you may however enter a specific name, company name or a generic phrase up to 19 alpha characters including spacing.

NOTE:

  • For bulk orders requiring different names on each card, we will require a spreadsheet to be completed and returned to us before processing the order. Please contact your representative at Corporate@CardLabInc.com to request the spreadsheet and instructions for completion.
  • For Direct Ship orders (those that require shipping to multiple alternative locations other than your billing address), please contact your representative at Corporate@CardLabInc.com to request a spreadsheet with instructions for completion. Direct ship orders are required to be paid for by Wire Transfer, ACH Credit or Company Check and require a return address for the order. Direct ship orders to multiple locations DO NOT qualify for a bulk discount.

Can the Gift Card be used outside of the US?
Yes, the cards can be used outside of the US* but cannot be purchased from or shipped outside of the US. *Please contact a representative at: Corporate@CardLabInc.com for a list of restricted countries.

Will I be able to preview my card before I place my order?
Yes. Once you upload your image, a low resolution proof will be displayed on screen.

NOTE:

  • Use a high quality image - the better your image, the better your final card will print. Picture files can be either JPEG (.jpg), PNG, GIF, Bitmap (.bmp) or TIFF formats.

Where are the cards shipped?
Orders with a card value that exceeds $100, has more than 5 cards or the total order value exceeds $250; the order will be shipped to the billing address. To ship your order to an alternate location, please submit your request to: Corporate@CardLabInc.com and include your Order or Invoice Number and the shipping address.

How long does it take for my Visa Gift Card to be shipped?
Your custom logo cards will generally be approved within 1 to 2 business days. We then print your custom order and ship your cards within 72 business hours from receipt of payment. How long your order takes to arrive depends on the shipping method you select:

  • Standard Shipping via the United States Postal Service – You should receive your cards within 7-15 business days, tracking numbers are not available
  • Expedited Shipping via UPS signature required, tracking numbers are available once the order has shipped.
  • Next Day $24.95 up to 100 cards per box, orders should be received within 2-4 business days
  • 2nd Day $17.95 up to 100 cards per box, orders should be received within 3-5 business days
  • Ground $12.95 up to 100 cards per box, orders should be received within 5-10 business days
  • NOTE:
  • Orders that exceed 20 cards or $2,000 are required to be shipped via UPS to protect the interest of the cards
  • Orders shipping to Hawaii, US Virgin Islands or Alaska are subject to additional freight charges.
  • We are unable to ship any order to a PO Box.

How do I order more cards using the same logo as before?
While logged into your account you will be directed to your account home page. Simply click on the image from the Saved Card Designs to begin placing your order. To go back to your account home page, click on My Account from the top left of the screen below the Incentive Card Lab Logo. There is no need to re-upload your custom artwork.

Bulk Orders

Do you offer bulk order discounts?
Yes. For any order with a minimum of 11 cards and being paid for by Wire Transfers, ACH Credit or Company Checks qualify for bulk order discounts. Once your order is placed, please email: Corporate@CardLabInc.com and include your Order or Invoice Number and request your qualifying discount be applied.

What does bulk shipping mean?
For qualifying orders, we ship all your cards together in one envelope or box. We do this to ensure your cards are not separated in the mail and so they all arrive at the same time.

What does bulk shipping cost?
There is no additional cost to you when your order is shipped bulk.

Where is my bulk order shipped?
All bulk orders are shipped to the billing address of the credit used for the purchase.

When are cards loaded with funds?
To protect the interest of the order during shipping, cards are not loaded until 4 business days after the order has shipped.

No, these cards are not reloadable.

How do I activate multiple cards in a bulk order?
Before the Gift Card can be used, they must be activated. There are two options for activating the cards:

Let Your Recipient Activate the Cards (Highly Recommended)
Each card recipient can activate the card themselves via our website or the 800# printed on the back of the card. Make sure you offer your recipients both the Gift Card and the carrier. They need know the last 4-digits of the Customer ID printed on the back of the card (the Activation Code). They will not be able to activate the card without this information.

  • During the activation process via our website, the recipient is offered the opportunity to enter their own address. This is a critical step if the card will be used for online purchases as in many cases the online store asks for a 'billing address'.
  • The option to update the address is not available when the card is being activated through the 800# printed on the back of the card.

Activating ane Entire Order
As the Authorized, Purchaser; you can activate all the cards at one time by contacting us. Simply email Corporate@CardLabInc.com and provide the Order or Invoice Number to request this service. We may require additional information and will reiterate the limitations of this process when your request is processed. Once the cards are activated, we will send you an email confirmation. Please allow 24 hours to complete this service. Activating an entire order is only recommended in cases where the user can be instructed to only use the card in person (not on a website).
  • This option means that your shipping address and phone number will be associated with the card.
  • This also means that the recipient will not be able to make online purchases as in many cases the online store asks for a 'billing address'.

NOTE: If the recipient wants to change the address on the card there are two options available:

  • They may call the 800# on the back of the card to update the address by speaking to a representative. There will be a $1 per minute fee charged to the card balance for the call.
  • OR, they can create an account through our website, to do this they would click on the CHECK GIFT CARD BALANCE link from the top of the page and they will be able to update it there.

Do you charge a card replacement fee?
Yes. Any card reported lost, stolen, damaged or expired is subject to a $15 card replacement fee. The recipient of the card may call the 888-799-0028 to request a replacement card.

NOTE

  • For any order shipped by CardLab via USPS and not received by the recipient, please call 214-618-7038 or 866-293-4129 for assistance.
  • If the card has expired, the funds may have been escheated by the state the card is registered in. For assistance the recipient of the card may call the 800# on the back of the card for assistance.

Do these cards expire or assess a monthly maintenance fee?
Yes. These cards expire 1 year after the date of purchase and begin assessing a $4.95 monthly maintenance fee if there is a balance remaining after 6 months from the date of purchase (not activation).

What if the recipient is having issues with their card?
We have a dedicated call center available 24/7 at 888-799-0028 to assist card recipients with card specifics issues.

What if the recipient has a transaction they do not recognize?
The recipient may call the 800# on the back of the card to request a transaction dispute form. Transaction disputes are reviewed by our issuing bank and may take up to 90 days to resolve.
